Exam Details

The next bar exam will take place on July 28 and 29, 2010.

The Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands, via the Committee of Bar Examiners, administers the bar exam.*   Please contact the Bar Examiners directly for a bar exam application packet:  Elsie-Mae King, Director of Bar Admissions, P.O. The following are the twelve subjects tested on the local, essay portion of the Virgin Islands Bar Exam: 

Agency	Civil Procedure	Commercial Paper	Conflict of Laws
Corporations	Criminal Procedure	Domestic Relations	Partnership
Sales	Secured Transactions	Trusts	Wills

Bar applicants must also successfully complete the Multistate Bar Exam and the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam.
